The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by impleading the other persons to whom there is no apprehension of granting of any prospective licence. Permission is accorded, as sought for.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
