=HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35614 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.109 of 2016, dated 14.09.2016, on the file of Nandikotkur Police Station, Kurnool District and quash the proceedings therein.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are arrayed as A-2, A-5 & A-6. The 4th respondent lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Kurnool District, on 12.09.2016, and the same was forwarded to Police Station, Nandikotkur, who registered a crime against A-1 to A-6 on 14.09.2016 in Crime No.109 of 2016 for the offences under Section 494 read with 34 IPC alleging that her husband along with his family members used to harass her mentally and physically. Considering the grievance of the petitioners, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.109 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from today. The petitioners are directed to appear before the 3rd respondent as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 17th October, 2016 KL
