THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.83 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is directed against the order and decree, dated 14.11.2014, in Original Suit No.24 of 2011 passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, whereunder and whereby the objection taken by the plaintiffs for marking the un-registered document, dated 10.09.2004, which is only an agreement to lease but not an agreement of lease, as exhibit on behalf of the defendants, was overruled.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The admissibility, relevancy and proof of the agreement, dated 10.09.2004, which is an agreement simplicitor, are left open to be decided at the time of final hearing in the suit. Accordingly, the impugned order is modified.
