Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3.

The petitioner has made a complaint dt.09.08.2016 to the 3rd respondent that respondent nos.4 to 6 have made illegal constructions in Survey No.41/12 of Khananmet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; and that no action is being taken on petitioner's representation dt.09.08.2016.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, states that construction of compound wall and other structures made by respondent nos.4 to 6 is without any permission, and that the 3rd respondent will initiate appropriate action within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for removal of the said structures and compound wall. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to initiate steps to remove the compound wall and structures erected by respondent nos.4 to 6 within a period of four (04) weeks from to-day by following the procedure prescribed under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and communicate the same to petitioner. No order as to costs.
