THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.42340 OF 2016 ORDER :

Alleging that the private property of the petitioner is sought to be demolished by the respondent-Municipal Corporation, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel, on instructions, submits that the Municipal Corporation is not taking any action of demolishing the property of petitioner and no such steps are initiated so far. Learned Standing counsel would also submit that if any action is required to be taken against the petitioner's property on violating the provisions of the GHMC Act, or if the property of petitioner is required for public purpose, due process would be followed before taking such action. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
