Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that 1st petitioner herein had previously filed Crl.P.No.3044 of 2015 for quashing of the same F.I.R. which is sought to be quashed in the present Criminal Petition also and this Court had dismissed the same observing that the Station House Officer, Mancherial Police Station is directed to follow the procedure as contemplated in Section 41-A Cr.P.C. in Crime No.451 of 2014 so far as 1st petitioner is concerned.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute the same.

Therefore, as regards 1st petitioner herein, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
5. As regards other petitioners also, since this Court had already declined to quash the F.I.R. in question in Crl.P.No.3044 of 2015, this Criminal Petition is dismissed subject to condition that the Station House
Officer, Mancherial Police Station shall follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as regards them.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
