Sri G.Narendra Chetty, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, as the order of confiscation necessitates challenge in independent writ proceedings, it would suffice if this Court were to grant the petitioner liberty to question the same, and permit them to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
