HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14730 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Prabhakar Sripada for petitioners and Mr.Santhosh Kumar representing the office of Advocate General. The petitioners pray for Mandamus directing the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District-4th respondent to incorporate the names of petitioners in the revenue records and issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds for Sy.Nos.1 to 36 measuring Ac.341-15 gts. with house at Sathamrai, Maqtha, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the application filed by petitioners, dated 01.04.2017.

Mr.Prabhakar Sripada argued the writ petition for admission for a considerable length of time and taking note of the objections raised in the counter affidavit and also that the writ prayer has more than one facet and more than one survey number and no proceeding under which mutation is ordered is challenged in the writ petition, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to keep issue on merits alive for consideration at appropriate stage and also file application for grant of certified copies of revenue records/ ROR/ 1-B Register and thereafter work out remedies in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
