Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail remedies before the Revenue Divisional Officer-3rd respondent under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
