This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 in Crime No.101 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yellandu Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
