HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.9120 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.
2.
The petitioner is complaining that he has been harassed by the respondents-police and is being periodically summoned and humiliated by them. Further, the police are forcing him to produce his brother viz., Sri Raj Kumar. He further contends that no crime is registered against him and the he has no knowledge about the whereabouts of his brother and therefore, he is challenging the action of respondents in harassing and summoning him periodically to the police station and make him sit there for hours together. 3.
