THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S. SOMAYAJULU Appeal Suit No. 359 of 2011 Judgment:

This Court, on 26.04.2018, passed the following order in IA No.1 of 2018 in AS No.359 of 2011.

"Either to take steps, else to dismiss the appeal as abated, post on 04.06.2018, at the request of Sri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri P. Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent."

In view of the said order dated 26.04.2018, this Court is of the opinion that no further time can be granted, as requested by the learned Junior Counsel representing Sri P. Venugopal, learned counsel for the appellant. Even after 04.06.2018, there was a request to the same effect. The order dated 26.04.2018 is a conditional order. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
