Muduganti Sujatha, W/o. Muduganti Bojireddy Petitioner (Accused No.1 in Cr.No.146/2017 of P.S.Kamalapur, Karimnagar Dist) AND The State of Telangana, through Public Prosecutor, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No. 146 of 2017 of Police Station, Kamalapur, Karimnagar District (Commissionerate Warangal) for the alleged offences under Section 120-B & 302 of IPC R/w. 34 of IPC.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Lakshmikanth, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is accused No.1, on bail, in Cr.No.146 of 2017 on the file of Kamalapur Police Station, Karimnagar District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 120-B & 302 IPC r/w 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 submits that A.2 in this case was already granted bail by the Court of I Addl. Sessions Judge, Karimnagar by virtue of the orders passed in Cr.M.P.No.108 and 109 of 2018 and that this petitioner also stands on the same footing.

Learned Public Prosecutor does not refute the submission of the counsel for the petitioner/A.1.

Hence, considering the above circumstances, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of II JFCM, Huzurabad. Petitioner/Accused No.1 shall attend the said Police Station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m., and 12.00 noon, for period of three months or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier.
