HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2376 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.12 of 2019 on the file of I.T. Corridor Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 12.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, I.T. Corridor Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally on 14.8.2019 and the C.C. number is awaited.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
