ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the decision of the West Godavari District Fresh Water Aquaculture Committee Members Eluru, rejecting the permission to the petitioners for Fresh Water Aquaculture in their fish tank situated at Sy.No.345/5 and 345/6 in Jallikommara Village, Ganapavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, to an extent of Ac.1.94 cents, which was communicated by the Assistant Director of Fisheries, the 5th respondent herein vide Rc.No.1800/A.3/2007 dated 23.1.2010 as illegal, arbitrary, without any competency contrary to the instructions issued by the Govt. from time to time and in violation of Arts.14 & 19(1)(f) of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and further direct the respondent No.1 herein to issue formal orders of regularization to the existing fresh water Aquaculture unit of the petitioners in their tank and also not to interfere with the petitioners Fish Culture."
At the hearing, Mr. Mavidi Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.12386 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 10-9-2015 bnr
