THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7437 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not making survey, demarcation and fixing of boundaries to the petitioners' land admeasuring Acs.5.22 guntas in various survey numbers situated at Chengamul Village, Puduru Mandal in Vikarabad District.

It is the case of the petitioners that they submitted application on 13.11.2017 and in pursuance of the same, a notice was issued by the third respondent on 15.02.2018 and when no action was taken thereafter, the present Writ Petition is filed. It is pointed out by the learned Government Pleader that the adjacent landowner was not issued any notice as could be seen from the notice of the third respondent dated 15.02.2018. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioners dated 13.11.2017 and take further steps in accordance with law and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
