HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13687 of 2015 ORDER:

. In spite of issuing notice before admission on 01.05.2015, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents and this Court is constrained to dispose of the writ petition on the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition at the admission stage.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband died on 26.06.2014 while working as Senior Officer in the 2nd respondent organization. She has five children and her elder son is studying 3rd year Engineering Course. She states that her elder son is qualified and eligible to be appointed as Clerk or any other suitable post under compassionate appointment. She submitted a representation on 24.02.2015 to the 2nd respondent to appoint her elder son in any suitable post on compassionate grounds and when no reply was received, she filed the present writ petition.

3. In view of the claim of the petitioner for appointment of her elder son to any suitable post, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
