This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, (for short "Cr.P.C") by the petitioners/Accused No.1 and 16 to 21 seeking to relax the condition to execute personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for like sum each by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally in Crl.MP.No.91 of 2022 in Crime No.1737 of 2021 on 10.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 16 to 21 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not in a position to execute such surety amounts as they have already deposited Rs.4,20,000/- in other crimes, hence, prayed this court to relax the said condition by considering the surety amounts already deposited by the petitioners i.e. Rs.4,20,000/- in connection crime Nos.329 of 2021, 431 of 2021, 414 of 2021 and 969 of 2021 as sureties.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners, this criminal petition is partly allowed by reducing the surety amount of Rs.10,000/- to that of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties for like sum each as imposed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally in Crl.MP.No.91 of 2022 in Crime No.1737 of 2021 on 10.02.2022 and the other conditions remain unaltered.
