THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27113 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:- " ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents authorities in not allowing the petitioner to sell the white jaggery in the petitioner premises bearing H.No.5-6-59, Lashkar Bazar, Hanamakonda, Warangal District, by allowing all other superbazars and big malls doing the white jaggery business is illegal and void and opposed to Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, in spite of the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.13460 of 2016, dated 21.04.2016, is in force and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the white jaggery business of the petitioner without following any due process of law and to pass such other orders or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submits that so long as the petitioner sells white jaggery, the respondents do not interfere with the petitioner's business. The learned Government Pleader further submits that the shop itself is not existing, but the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are required in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
