THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1643 of 2011 ORDER:

Ms. Priyanka Singh, learned counsel representing Mrs. K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that a sum of Rs.3,77,795/- has been paid to the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 07.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26535 of 2000. However, it is her contention that the petitioner's grievance as regards the quantification of the amount due and payable under the aforestated order still needs to be redressed. In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law if she is aggrieved by any aspect of the matter in relation to the implementation of the order dated 07.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26535 of 2000. No order as to costs.
