This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.527 of 2012 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. I.A.Nos.3 and 1 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.2394 of 2019 are filed seeking permission of this Court to compromise the matter by both the parties and to record the compromise and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.527 of 2012 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, respectively, inter alia stating therein that at the instance of elders and well wishers, both the parties have come to a conclusion to amicably settle the dispute in C.C.No.527 of 2012 pending on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. Since the petitioners/A.1 and A.
2 and respondent No.2/defacto complainant have compromised the disputes pending between them, respondent No.2/defacto complainant has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.527 of 2012 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
Along with the applications, a Joint Memo duly signed by both the parties has been filed before this Court and their signatures were identified by the learned counsel for the
GSD, J Crl.P.No.2394 of 2019 respective parties. The compromise petition is supported by an affidavit filed by respondent No.2/defacto complainant. In view of the compromise arrived at between both the parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 1 of 2019 are allowed. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the above compromise arrived at between both the parties and the proceedings in C.C.No.527 of 2012 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
