The case of the petitioner is that he is absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3.23 guntas in Sy.No.337/A situated at Seetharamanagaram Village, Kukkunoor Mandal, West Godavari District having purchased the same through Saada sale deed dated 16.06.1963. After formation of new Districts, the subject lands falls under Kukkunoor Mandal. As the neighboring people started trespassing into the petitioner's land, petitioner made an application on 17.03.2017 to the respondents for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the subject land. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to file necessary documents in support of his application.

In the present case, petitioner has filed pattadar passbook and title deed in support of his application. In view of the same, 6th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
