THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5573 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition challenging the inaction of the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Election Tribunal under the A.P. Panchayat Raj Elections, Bhimavaram in not deciding E.O.P.No.3 of 2014 pending on its file even though the same had been filed in August, 2014.

Since the term of the 1st respondent in the O.P. is only 5 years and since more than 3 years has elapsed since filing of the O.P., the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Election Tribunal under the A.P. Panchayat Raj Elections, Bhimavaram is directed to decide the said E.O.P. within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
