Sri Karunakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to invoke the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
