CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.10214 of 2009 09.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the Non Bailable Warrant (N.B.W) issued by the 1st Respondent vide its letter in DIS NO. 330/2009 Dt. 21-04-2009 in the P.P.No. 91 of 2007 proceedings in C.C. NO. 42 of 2003 as illegal, consequently to set as side the same as it is issued by ignoring on having lack of jurisdiction and with out considering the prima facie facts on record as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Articles 19(1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India." At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 20-05-2009, is vacated and WPMP.No.13173 of 2009, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.
