O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not paying the bill amount of Rs.1,99,974/- for the work executed by the petitioner in respect of the agreement No.1/2009-10 dated 06.05.09, entered by the petitioner and the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to pay the bill amount of Rs.1,99,974/- for the work executed by the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have paid the amount due to the petitioner for the work executed by him. In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
