HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8319 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in FIR No.72 of 2017 of Jetprole (Veepangandla) PS, Wanaparthy District which was registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 09.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Veepangandla PS, Wanaparthy District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 30.09.2017 and case was registered as C.C.No.12 of 2018 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kollapur and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.72 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) No representation learned counsel for petitioner. 4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
