This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash F.I.R.No.81 of 2015 on the file of Women Police Station, South Zone, Charminar Division, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494, 495, 420 and 120 read with 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
3. A perusal of the record would show that there is material, prima facie, sufficient to investigate into the allegations made against the petitioners in the F.I.R. There are no valid grounds to quash the F.I.R.
4 . In the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Hyderabad, not to arrest the petitioners/A2 and A3, till filing of the charge sheet. However, investigation shall continue to its logical end and the petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of the investigation.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
