HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.748 of 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not investigating into Crime No.154/2015, dated 02.07.2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 380 IPC, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, sought a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to investigate into Crime No.154/2015, dated 02.07.2015, as per law expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present and there is no representation on his behalf. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the material on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that he has received written instructions and additional written instructions from the S.I. of Police, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad City, on 22.03.2016 stating that the Investigating Agency would complete investigation as expeditiously as possible and appropriate report would be filed before the Court concerned. In view of the said submission, so far if investigation is not completed by the Investigating Agency and charge sheet is not filed in the above crime, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are

GSP,J W.P.No.748 of 2016 specifically directed to investigate into Crime No.154/2015 and file charge sheet before the appropriate Court expeditiously, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
