HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY CRP.No.5784 of 2016 Dated:25.11.2016 Between:

Pasupathi Bhaskar, S/o Pasupathi ..... Petitioner And:

1.P.Satyanarayana (died)

2. Pentapalli Hemalatha and three others.

....Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr. R.Siva Sai Swaroop The Court made the following:

CVNR, J CRP.No.5784 of 2016 Dt:25.11.2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article-227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the lower Court i.e., VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam to dispose of O.S.No.376 of 2012 expeditiously.

On the petitioner's own showing, the suit which was filed in the year 2009 could not be registered only because of delay in re-presentation on his part. Had the petitioner been diligent in getting his suit registered without causing delay in representation, the same might have been disposed of by now. Being partly responsible for non-disposal of the suit, the petitioner cannot invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court for seeking a direction to the lower Court to expeditiously dispose of the suit.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.7515 of 216 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
