CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.7500 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned award of the 2nd respondent passed in Arb. Case No.318/2014 Dt:19-12-2015 as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and consequently by declaring the impugned award as non-est in law direct the 2nd respondent to conduct a fresh enquiry by issuing a notice to the petitioners and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, Mr. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the Writ Petition is not maintainable, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
