THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6680 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 of Cr.No.432 of 2017 of Renigunta Urban Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,447,354,323, 506 and 509 r/ w 34 IPC, and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State, before ordering notice to the defactocomplainant and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition, First Information Report and also the earlier report of the 1st petitioner dt.25.06.2017 sent to the Superintendent of Police, Tirupati Urban, by registered post registered as Cr.No.431 of 2017 on even date by the police, against the defacto-complainant herein among others. In both the crimes, the offence under Section 354 IPC, is mentioned. It requires investigation by police of both the crimes as to know the contents of which crime are genuine. Having regard to the above, there is nothing to interdict the investigation but for not to arrest the petitioners pending investigation.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
