HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 2140 OF 2010 ORDER:

The petitioner is challenging the selection of the 7th respondent in the writ petition.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court passed interim order on 04-02-2010 directing the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondents 1 and 6 within a period of one week from that day and on filing such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of two weeks.

In view of the same, already interim orders are passed, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 6 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner if it is pending and pass orders in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
