ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that no action is taken by the respondents on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.02.2015. Hence, alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, however, show that the complaint of the petitioner was received on

16.03.2015 by the Station House Officer, Khanapuram Haveli Police Station and Cr.No.127 of 2015 is registered and investigation is taken up. It is stated that investigation being at the preliminary stage, appropriate further steps will be taken expeditiously.

3. In view of the aforesaid assurance, therefore, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of.
