It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that after filing the writ petition, the respondents issued revised appointed orders dated 19-12-2015 in modification of the appointment. Petitioners' case is that clause 4 of the revised appointment order is detriment to their career prospects and therefore their date of appointment is to be reckoned from 19-12-2015 and one year period in Clause 4 of revised appointment order should be reckoned from 19-12-2015 . Clause 4 of the revised offer of appointment reads thus:- "4. If your performance and conduct during the one year temporary period is found to be satisfactory, then upon completion of the same, you will be considered for absorption to the post of Artisan Gr.IV in the regular salary grade of Rs.11700-23000 through a screening process which shall comprise of written test, skill test and interview as per "Praveen" training module." 2.
However, learned Standing Counsel for respondents states that the case of the petitioners that their date of appointment will reckon from the date of initial offer of appointment would be examined and appropriate action will be taken.

Recording the above submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
