This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in laying drainage pipelines and erecting electrical poles in the petitioners property bearing H.No.7-4-422/1, 7-4-422/1/A and the land in Sy.No.1122 admeasuring 968 sy. Yards situated at Mukarampura Locality, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, without acquiring the same under the provisions of land Acquisition Act and without paying compensation, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to lay drainage pipelines and also electrical poles in the land of the petitioners bearing No. H.No.7-4-422/1, 7-4-422/1/A and also the land in Sy.No.1122 admeasuring 986 Sq.yards situated at Mukarampura Locality, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, without following the due procedure and without initiating proceedings under Land Acquisition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would follow due process of law, before taking any action. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the rights of the petitioners over the subject property without following due process of law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
