Heard.

The petitioner states that he was assigned the lands admeasuring Ac.2-48 cents and Ac.1-36 cents in Sy.Nos.538/1B and 538/2 situated at Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. The petitioner also states that for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds, he made necessary application under Form VI-A on 24-03-2015, which is followed by further representation, dated 21-082015. However, alleging that the 3rd respondent is not considering his application and not passing appropriate orders, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Since the petitioner states that he has applied in the prescribed proforma under Form VI-A, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
