This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.828 of 2015 in O.S.No.22 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka. 2.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the suit was disposed of on 23.08.2016. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the same, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
