Both Sri V. Venugopala Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. J. Koteswari Devi, Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, would agree that, in view of similar orders passed earlier and in as much as the petitioner has already paid 50% of the electricity dues in proceedings dated 27.04.2011, the respondents be given liberty to approach the Special Court for recovery of the balance 50%. Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
