THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE NO.1597 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.8277 of 2015 dated 31.03.2015. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in the Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Wakf Board as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the direction of this Court on 31.03.2015 to process the application of the petitioner dated 11.09.2014, has been considered and necessary orders have been passed on 04.09.2015. A copy of the order dated 04.09.2015 has been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the fact that the respondents have expressed their sincere apologies to the Court by complying the orders of this Court dated 31.03.2015, I do not see any reason to keep the Contempt Case pending. Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedies, if he is otherwise aggrieved by the order dated 4.09.2015. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
