HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 23126 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not taking action against the respondents 2 to 6 for shifting the meat shops situated at Door Nos.24/64 and 13/61, Mohammadpura lane Street, Rayachoty from the residential area. It appears that in respect of the said grievance the petitioner submitted a representation on 21.11.2011 and when the same was not considered the present Writ Petition was filed. This Court, by order dated 30.07.2012, directed the respondents to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders.

Now, a counter affidavit is filed by the first respondent stating that after considering the said representation and as per the orders of this Court a letter was issued to the petitioner on 01.09.2012. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said letter, if he is so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
