Though the matter is listed for hearing before this Court on the interlocutory applications, it is fairly conceded by Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), that the judgment of a learned Single Judge in W.P.No.29625 of 2011 has been confirmed in appeal in W.A.No.954 of 2012 by order dated 01.12.2014. It is not disputed that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the afore-stated adjudication against the APSRTC. In that view of the matter, this writ petition deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed.
