The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.28 of 2019 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the matter is settled before Lok Adalat and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
