THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.9496 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is being disposed of with the consent of both the parties at the stage of admission.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned orders dated 15.12.2014 passed by the fourth respondent in removing the petitioner from service as Engineering Consultant of Penubally Village & Mandal, Khammam District and confirmation orders passed by the third respondent dated 25.06.2015 and further in not considering and disposing of the revision dated 06.08.2015 filed by the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, sought to set aside the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 15.12.2014, as confirmed by the third respondent vide proceedings dated 25.06.2015.

Heard Sri K. Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents.

It has been contended by the petitioner that she was initially appointed as an Engineering Consultant during 2010. While she was discharging her duties, based on certain audit reports, the services of the petitioner were removed by the fourth respondent vide orders dated 15.12.2014. Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the third respondent and the third respondent has rejected the appeal on 25.06.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred a revision dated 06.08.2015 before the

second respondent but, so far, the second respondent has not passed any orders on the revision. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking appropriate orders to be passed directing the second respondent to dispose of the revision and pass appropriate orders.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent has submitted that the second respondent shall consider the revision filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the revision dated 06.08.2015 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
