At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are not the accused in the present crime.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no orders need to be passed. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
