HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 7490 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.12.2017 in O.A.No. 3515 of 2017 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the Tribunal, while dismissing the Application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, recorded that it does not find any special or extraordinary circumstances to entertain the Original Application especially when the petitioner has not filed any appeal against the impugned order dated 18.12.2017 of the District Collector, Vizianagaram.
On perusing the order passed by the Tribunal, we find that the same does not suffer from any illegality or perversity. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent authority against the order dated 18.12.2017 of the District Collector, Vizianagaram, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such appeal being filed, the respondents shall decide the same within a period of three weeks thereafter. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
