This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from lands assigned to them to an extent of Ac.4.34 guntas in Survey No.190/ 229, Ac.4.32 guntas in Survey No.190/ 227, Ac.4.34 guntas in Survey No.190/ 244, Ac.4.34 guntas in Survey No.190/ 228, Ac.4.38 guntas in Survey No.190/ 230 and Ac.4.36 guntas in Survey No.190/ 231, situated at Timmapur Village, Damarcherla Mandal, Nalgonda District, without following due process of law, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents without there being any right over the subject property are trying to dispossess the petitioners. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would submit that in fact no interference was made as alleged and there is no cause of action to institute the present Writ Petition.

The interference is a factual aspect. It cannot be determined in this writ petition. If the petitioners are aggrieved

by any unlawful interference as contended, they have to workout the remedies available before the competent Civil Court. 6.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
