This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking quashment of C.C.No.52 of 2015 on the file of the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
