P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners herein for anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.32/2016 on the file of the Crime no.32/2016 of P.S., C.C.S., W.C.O., Team IV, Hyderabad for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 120 (b) of I.P.C. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI P. RAJAGOPAL REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
Post the matter on 14.07.2016.
Meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Police concerned and produce all the relevant documents to substantiate their stand.
The police concerned, are also directed to interrogate the petitioners without arresting them and report the same before this Court on the next date of hearing.
