HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7013 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ A1 of Crime No.72 of 2017 of Mulug Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to respondent No.2/ de facto complainant and perused the material on record. It is the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that the police filed final report in the form of charge sheet on 07.07.2017 that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate.

Having regard to the above, liberty is left open to the petitioner to impugn the police final report by closing the Criminal Petition with the observation that so far as the documents claimed of the petitioner seized by the police, if at all not submitted to the Court and not required, shall return to the petitioner and if required to submit immediately to the Court and it is for the petitioner to take steps for getting certified copies or seeking return of the originals as the case may be and the question of attending to Police Station does not arise as the police filed final report and no further investigation shown pending.

With the above directions and observations, this Criminal petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
